Owned by the sale family for at least 4 generations, Chateau Gombaude-Guillot is located in the heart of the terroir, on the heights of the Pomerol plateau, opposite the church. Strict observance of biological equilibrium makes it possible to avoid using any chemical treatments or mineral fertilizers. At Gombaude-Guillot, excellence involves respect for the terroir and striving for its purest expression. In 1998, this thrust for quality led to an official restructuring to organic farming.

Ageing in barrels makes it possible to refine tannins. A rich, structured wine, blending great finesse with a complex, subtle bouquet: Gombaude-Guillot is a wine ideal for long laying down (20 to 30 years) which can also be appreciated in its youth.
